Ethel Fazande, a parishioner of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church in New Orleans was recognized by the Clarion Herald for hosting a Friday lunchtime rosary, which was held on the front steps of her home in the Broadmoor area.
Ms. Ethel is known for her dedication and deep devotion to the rosary and her work in local parish ministries of Blessed Trinity, including the parish's SVdP conference.
